• Shipping within United States only
• Orders processed within 1–3 business days
• Orders over $600 require adult signature
• Risk transfers to customer upon carrier acceptance
• Tracking confirmation constitutes delivery proof
• Merchant not responsible for carrier delays
• Merchant not responsible for incorrect addresses provided

Lost shipment claims must be reported within 5 days of delivery date.

Customer responsible for proper storage immediately upon receipt.

Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of research materials:

• All sales are final
• Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects
• Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours
• Opened or punctured vials are not eligible for return

Replacement or refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Natural Aminos Lab LLC.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Improper storage voids all claims.
